Administrative Regulations & Official Notes
Al Huda First Class (13th) Batch Extension
Originally excluded from the primary publication due to technical processing reasons and granted an official time extension by the Executive Committee. Their verified scores have been fully audited, evaluated, and permanently integrated into the master leaderboard.
Muallaqa Evaluation Directive
The Muallaqa assessment parameter was completely omitted during the April & May evaluation window by the administrative committee (resulting in 0.0 across all assessment tiers). In the June & July window, this category was fully activated (out of 15 max).
Non-Submission Penalization Clause
As penalization for failing to compile and submit files within official deadlines, Rafah and Nadwa batches were registered with 0.0 points in April & May. Similarly, Estifaada recorded 0.0 in June & July due to lack of document submission.
Capping & Fair Valuation Standards
Monthly valid scores are strictly capped at category limits (Exec: 10, Union: 15, Outreach: 15, Lang: 15, Pubs: 15, Class: 15, Muallaqa: 15, Welfare: 5). Any excess scores earned by high-performing batches are held in trust inside the Bank of Credits.
